OUR SERVICES

We offer outreach services through key working sessions for young people who live in the community and need support to develop their independent living skills. This can be young people who continue to live with their birth family, as well as young adults who have moved into independent living; but will benefit from further handholding to settle them in their new life. 

Key workers can offer one to one home visits to young people and offer support towards maintaining routines, maintaining personal hygiene and maintaining a clean home environment to name a few. Support can also be offered with regards to budgeting and finance management – including help with shopping and making benefits applications.  Outreach key workers can also accompany young people in arranging appointments, making job applications and accompanying them to attend appointments until they feel confident and be independent once the support is gradually withdrawn.
