Beyond Vision Transitions aims to transition the lives of young people; allowing them to realise their direction and supporting them to create a vision for their lives. We work towards becoming better than current circumstances. Beyond vision transitions has a goal to support young people create dreams and visions, beyond their current vision.

This is an exciting time for Beyond Vision Transitions, as although we are a new organisation, we are rapidly expanding and diversifying our Semi-independent Living Services to meet the individual needs of young people in Surrey.

You will need to have experience in working in supported living services and/or semi-independent living services and experience of leading teams in the sector. You will be absolutely committed to the organisation's ethos of being a service user led provision, where you are there to enable the residents to live their lives to the full.
